REGISTRATION FEES*
* The registration fee covers:
– Congress materials: ID tag printed on seed paper, congress bag, 500 ml thermal cup, activity schedule printed on seed paper, final program printed on eco-sustainable paper (100% sugar cane), pressboard pad with paper clip.
– Drinks for the extent of the congress (in the building): cold/hot water, tea, coffee, yerba mate (bags and loose), sugar, sweetener, bamboo stirrers and spoons.
– Coffee breaks.
– Welcome Cocktail.
– Field trip: transport and insurance (for whomever lacks insurance).

*IMPORTANT: Local students who collaborate with different assigned tasks during the congress (morning and afternoon) for more than 4 days, will be exempt from paying the registration fee and will also get a Collaborator Certificate.
If you are interested in being a collaborator, fill out the COLLABORATOR FORM BEFORE REGISTERING. Once you’ve sent the form it will evaluated by the Organising Committee and, if applicable, you will be sent a Certificate of Exemption to attach to the Registration Form once you have completed it.
If applicable, we will issue a Collaborator Certificate once the Congress has finished.

ATTENTION: Registration to LA SOVE 2022 will only be complete when participants fill out the Registration Form and attach the proof of payment.
Refund policy
Cancellations and changes in type of participation (In Person/Online) ARE NOT refundable. Nevertheless, a registration can be transferred to another participant of the same category without charge until the 15th of September 2022. This transfer is not automatic and must be requested before the 15th of September by email to lasove2022.tesoreria@gmail.com and approved by the Organising Committee.
