Please note that the 15th Annual SSCIP Conference will be held in a hybrid format, combining online presentations with in-person sessions at the Posgrado Sergio Karakachoff – Universidad Nacional de La Plata.
All in-person talks will be live-streamed via the Webex Events platform for online registered participants. We will conduct a system test ahead of the conference, for which you will receive an invitation to the email address used during the registration. In case you need to change your contact details, please get in touch with the organizing committee at sscip2023@gmail.com.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AUTHORS
We kindly request authors giving oral presentations (in-person and online) in Spanish to provide the slides in English.
In-Person Presentations
Presentations may last a maximum of 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes allocated for questions and discussion between authors and participants.
ON LINE PRESENTATIONS
We recommend that online presentations be pre-recorded before delivery. This will allow for the reproduction of presentations while avoiding any connectivity issues.
Presentations should be sent in MP4 format, with a maximum duration of 15 minutes. Send them to the conference organization at sscip2023@gmail.com by 9th October, inclusive. Please include the last name of the leading author in the email subject line. Por ejemplo: Asunto: “Pérez et al.”
PÓSTER
Posters should contain text in both English and Spanish. The same will be presented during the days of the conference. Authors should remain next to their poster during the break assigned to their session.
The maximum size for printed posters should be 90 x 120 cm. We also request that posters be sent digitally in JPG or PNG formats (with a minimum of 300 DPI) and in PDF format, always in vertical A4 size. We suggest that poster authors enable communication with interested parties by providing an email address or social media profiles.
