▶ Instructions for Registering for LACAME 2026:

Registration for LACAME 2026 is completed by following these two steps:

  • Creating a user account on the intranet (https://intranet.fisica.org.ar/) of the Asociación Física Argentina (AFA) and applying there for the LACAME 2026.
  • Filling out a Google Form with the payment receipt information.
  1. Registering for LACAME 2026 on the Asociación Física Argentina intranet: https://intranet.fisica.org.ar/

    If you do not already have an AFA intranet user account (which is the case for most participants), you will need to:

    • Go to the AFA intranet: https://intranet.fisica.org.ar/
    • Create a non-member user account.
    • Log in to the AFA intranet using that account.
    • Register for LACAME 2026.

    If you already have an AFA intranet user account, you can skip the first two steps.

    We suggest watching it at least once before starting the registration.

    Note: this step-by-step presentation works better on a PC.

  2. Filling out a Google Form with the payment receipt information.

    At this moment, your registration is not yet complete. It will be finalized manually once a member of the organizing staff verifies your proof of payment. Please submit your payment details using the following form 👉 link to the form 👈. Once the proof of payment has been submitted, your registration status will be manually updated in your intranet account, and you will be enabled to submit your abstracts.

▶ Instructions for abstract submission:

Once you have registered through the AFA intranet and the payment has been corroborated, you can submit your abstract. For this, select the "Present work" option, which is disabled by default and displayed in red. After enabling it, you must follow these steps:

  • On the main screen, the option to edit abstracts will appear.
  • To add an abstract, you must complete the title and body in LaTeX language (see the help guide for more details). After filling in these fields and clicking save, a message saying Submission ok will appear.
  • Next, you must choose the affiliations associated with the authors of the submitted abstract (authors will be added later). To do so, type the acronym of the institution you are looking for and then press enter. If an institution is found correctly, it will be added to the abstract's affiliation list. When finished, click save.
  • Under the Total PDF File option, there is a list of all institutions stored in the intranet. If the institution you are looking for does not appear in the file, you can create your own affiliation by describing it in the details field and then clicking save.
  • Finally, in the Authorship tab, authors must be added and each one associated with the affiliations added in the previous step. To do so, select the Edit option for each author and choose the corresponding affiliations by holding down the CTRL key. In this tab you will also be able to reorder the author list.

A message will appear indicating the correct compilation of the document, along with a new icon to view the generated document. It is important to note that if at least one author with an affiliation has not been correctly selected, the abstract cannot be compiled and will therefore not be considered for the selection of works to be presented.
