Registration
The school will host up to 60 participants. Admission will be determined by the Organizing Committee, with the goal of ensuring diversity and balance in terms of gender diversity.
The list of selected participants will be announced on July.
Registration Fee
There is no registration fee.
However, due to the current financial constraints affecting Argentina, particularly within the scientific and educational sectors, financial support for attending the XII LAPIS is expected to be very limited.
Participation Requirements
Participants are expected to:
- Bring their own laptops for the practical sessions.
- Check the information regarding power plugs and electrical compatibility.
- Actively participate in the hands-on computational projects.
Poster Contributions
Participants are strongly encouraged to present a poster related to their research interests.

Please complete the registration form by June 30 if you wish to attend the school.
In the application form, you will be asked to provide:
- A one-page summary of your Curriculum Vitae (in Spanish or English, PDF file).
- A one-page motivation letter indicating the relationship between your research topic and the LAPIS school (in Spanish or English, PDF file).
If you are applying for financial support:
- If you are an undergraduate or PhD student, you must provide a recommendation letter from your advisor, as well as a statement confirming that you have additional financial resources to cover your travel costs.
