The school will host up to 60 participants. Admission will be determined by the Organizing Committee, with the goal of ensuring diversity and balance in terms of gender diversity.

The list of selected participants will be announced on July.

There is no registration fee.

However, due to the current financial constraints affecting Argentina, particularly within the scientific and educational sectors, financial support for attending the XII LAPIS is expected to be very limited.

Participants are expected to:

• Bring their own laptops for the practical sessions.
• Check the information regarding power plugs and electrical compatibility.
• Actively participate in the hands-on computational projects.

Participants are strongly encouraged to present a poster related to their research interests.
