Registration

The school will be opened to an audience of 60 participants. The selection of the candidates will be decided by the Organizing Committee, aiming to diversify/balance on the basis of gender and geographic origin. The list of accepted participants will be announced by the first week of March.

There is no registration fee.

Given the financial challenges in Argentina, particularly within the scientific and educational sectors, any funding to attend the XI LAPIS, if provided, is expected to be very limited.

Participants must bring their own laptops for practical sessions. See power plugs information below.

Poster presentations from the participants, related to S-PLUS or their topics of interest, are welcomed!

Power Plugs

The standard is 220 V 50 Hz and the power sockets are type-I. Some places have dual power socket type I and C. A few places still have power socket type-C plugs. We recommend bringing adapters to power socket type-I.
