The school will host <\/span>up to 60 participants<\/b>. Admission will be determined by the Organizing Committee, with the goal of ensuring diversity and balance in terms of gender diversity.<\/span><\/p>\n

The list of selected participants will be announced on July<\/strong>.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Registration Fee<\/h3>\n

There is\u00a0no registration fee<\/b>.<\/p>\n

However, due to the current financial constraints affecting Argentina, particularly within the scientific and educational sectors,\u00a0financial support for attending the XII LAPIS is expected to be very limited<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Students selected for financial support will be accommodated at\u00a0Temporal Suites Apartments.<\/a><\/p>\n

Participation Requirements<\/h3>\n

Participants are expected to:<\/p>\n

  • Bring their\u00a0own laptops<\/b> for the practical sessions.<\/li>\n
  • Check the information regarding\u00a0power plugs and electrical compatibility.<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Actively participate in the hands-on computational projects.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Poster Contributions<\/h3>\n

    Participants are\u00a0strongly encouraged to present a poster<\/b>\u00a0related to their research interests.<\/p>\n

    Please complete the\u00a0registration form<\/b> by July 6<\/strong>\u00a0if you wish to attend the school.<\/p>\n

    In the application form, you will be asked to provide:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • A one-page summary of your Curriculum Vitae (in Spanish or English, PDF file).<\/li>\n
    • A one-page motivation letter\u00a0 indicating the relationship between your research topic and the LAPIS school (in Spanish or English, PDF file).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      If you are applying for financial support:<\/strong><\/p>\n
