REGISTRATION FEES*<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

* The registration fee covers:<\/p>\n

– Congress materials<\/span>: ID tag printed on seed paper, congress bag, 500 ml thermal cup, activity schedule printed on seed paper, final program printed on eco-sustainable paper (100% sugar cane), pressboard pad with paper clip.<\/p>\n

– Drinks for the extent of the congress (in the building)<\/span>: cold\/hot water, tea, coffee, yerba mate (bags and loose), sugar, sweetener, bamboo stirrers and spoons.<\/p>\n

– Coffee breaks.<\/p>\n

– Welcome Cocktail.<\/p>\n

– Field trip<\/span>: transport and insurance (for whomever lacks insurance).<\/p>\n

*<\/b><\/span>IMPORTANT<\/b><\/u><\/span>:<\/b><\/span> Local students<\/b><\/u><\/span> who collaborate with different assigned tasks during the congress (morning and afternoon) for more than 4 days, will be exempt from paying the registration fee and will also get a <\/span>Collaborator Certificate<\/i><\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

If you are interested in being a collaborator, fill out the <\/span>COLLABORATOR FORM<\/b><\/span><\/a> BEFORE REGISTERING<\/u><\/span>. Once you\u2019ve sent the form it will evaluated by the Organising Committee and, if applicable, you will be sent a <\/span>Certificate of Exemption<\/i><\/span> to attach to the <\/span>Registration Form<\/i><\/span><\/a> once you have completed it. <\/span><\/p>\n

If applicable, we will issue a <\/span>Collaborator Certificate<\/i><\/span> once the Congress has finished. <\/span><\/p>\n

Refund policy <\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellations and changes in type of participation (In Person\/Online) ARE NOT refundable. Nevertheless, a registration can be transferred to another participant of the same category without charge <\/span>until the 15th of September 2022<\/i><\/span>. <\/span>This transfer is not automatic<\/u><\/span> and must be requested <\/span>before the 15th of September<\/i><\/span> by email to lasove2022.tesoreria@gmail.com<\/a> <\/span>and<\/i><\/span> approved by the Organising Committee. <\/span><\/p>\n
