It will be finalized manually once a member of the organizing staff verifies your proof of payment. For this, select the \"Present work\" option, which is disabled by default and displayed in red. After enabling it, you must follow these steps: <\/p>\n\t\t\n<ul type=\"a\" style=\"font-weight:normal;list-style-type: '\u2605 '\">\n\t<li>On the main screen, the option to edit abstracts will appear.<\/li>\n  <li>To add an abstract, you must complete the title and body in LaTeX language (see the help guide for more details). After filling in these fields and clicking <span style=\"font-weight: bold;color: #043AD6\">save<\/span>, a message saying <span style=\"font-weight: bold;color: #043AD6\">Submission ok<\/span> will appear.<\/li>\n\t<li>Next, you must choose the affiliations associated with the authors of the submitted abstract (authors will be added later). To do so, type the acronym of the institution you are looking for and then press <span style=\"font-weight: bold;color: #043AD6\">enter<\/span>. If an institution is found correctly, it will be added to the abstract's affiliation list. When finished, click <span style=\"font-weight: bold;color: #043AD6\">save<\/span>.<\/li>\n\t<li>Under the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;color: #043AD6\">Total PDF File<\/span> option, there is a list of all institutions stored in the intranet. If the institution you are looking for does not appear in the file, you can create your own affiliation by describing it in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;color: #043AD6\">details<\/span> field and then clicking <span style=\"font-weight: bold;color: #043AD6\">save<\/span>.<\/li>\n\t<li>Finally, in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;color: #043AD6\">Authorship<\/span> tab, authors must be added and each one associated with the affiliations added in the previous step. To do so, select the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;color: #043AD6\">Edit<\/span> option for each author and choose the corresponding affiliations by holding down the CTRL key. In this tab you will also be able to reorder the author list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A message will appear indicating the correct compilation of the document, along with a new icon to view the generated document.
