Participants may prepare a brief presentation in the form of slides. You will be informed if your abstract has been selected for to be presented as oral communication before October 10.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b><i>Poster Pitch:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">All E-posters will be presented in this format. Each presenter will have 5 minutes to present their poster and an additional 1 minute for questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Format:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In order for the e-poster to be displayed correctly during the congress, we recommend that you configure it as <strong>ONE<\/strong> widescreen PowerPoint slide (16:9 format) or its equivalent in any other software. To see an example of how to format, see <a href=\"https:\/\/congresos.unlp.edu.ar\/apicowplexa2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/74\/2024\/09\/ApicoWplexa-Sample-Slide-1.pptx\">ApicoWplexa-Sample-Slide<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Once the poster has been assembled, send it in <strong>PDF<\/strong> format to the e-mail address <a href=\"mailto:apicowplexa2024.fcv.unlp@gmail.com\"><strong>apicowplexa2024.fcv.unlp@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> with the subject \"poster + work code\", <strong>BEFORE THURSDAY OCTOBER 17, 11.59 pm.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Content:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Include Abstract code<\/li>\n<li>Include Abstract title<\/li>\n<li>Indicate the authors of the work (last name and first initial)<\/li>\n<li>Indicate affiliations with superscript numbers<\/li>\n<li>Provide e-mail for author to contact<\/li>\n<li>Development: at the discretion of the author(s). Feel free to use the design, font and colors of your choice.
